What this site collects
Very little. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and has no forms.
- Server logs. Our web host records each visit’s IP address, browser, the page asked for and the time, to deliver and protect the site. We don’t use these logs to identify you.
- Email. When you email us, we use your name, address and message to reply and to work with you. We keep them as long as that takes, and as long as the law asks us to keep business records.
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Maps take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Why we use it
To run the site and answer you. Under UK data protection law, our basis is our legitimate interest in doing both.
Who sees it
We never sell or share your personal information. Companies that run services for us, such as our host and our email provider, handle it on our behalf and only as we instruct. Some are in the United States. Where information leaves the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. and we’ll reply within a month.
- In the UK, you can also object to or limit how we use your information, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
- In California, you have the right to know, correct and delete your personal information. We don’t sell or share it, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
