Emmy Award winning designer Rob Sinclair leads the team at 1826 Studio, based in Los Angeles.

Sinclair takes tremendous care in collaborating with artists in order to translate their vision as effectively as possible. True to his intentions of supporting and enhancing the impact of the music itself, his work ultimately helps to create a more immersive performance, and a more powerful connection between audience and artist.

As the COO of 1826, Brian is responsible for the optimization of internal operations across the company’s Production, Studio, and Agency branches. Alongside day-to-day management, he focuses on 1826’s strategic expansion and commitment to maintaining the highest standards in project execution.

Kevina is a dynamic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer who started with 1826 from day one with the aim to a ‘Do it yourself IPO’. She aligned the financial goals with overall business objectives by raising capital and executing strategies for growth.

Daniel is the Chief Operating Officer of 1826, overseeing global operations across the company and drawing upon sixteen years of experience in touring and large-scale production. Having worked alongside world-renowned artists including Harry Styles, Ariana Grande, Addison Rae, Charli XCX, Calvin Harris, HAIM, Swedish House Mafia, and Tyler, the Creator, he brings a steady, highly structured approach to complex, high-pressure environments. Known for his focus on clarity, communication, and operational discipline, Daniel is trusted to guide 1826 through its next phase of growth.

Meet Marley, a creative producer, production director, and tour director with over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Having worked on diverse projects in various capacities, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and nuances that come with producing events, shows, and productions.

Marley’s superpower lies in seamlessly merging creativity with logistical precision. She recognizes that successful productions entail more than just executing tasks; they require a comprehensive understanding of all aspects including budgeting, talent management, marketing, and logistics. By taking a holistic approach, Marley enables productions to be seamlessly integrated and maximizes their potential for success.

Nicole Kehl is Professional Singer and former Background Vocalist for globally renowned artists such as Rhianna, Dua Lipa, and Post Malone. Nicole is now based in both Los Angeles and the UK, allowing her to collaborate with incredible artists and musicians worldwide. She seamlessly blends her expertise in vocal performance with her passion for brand creation. As a seasoned professional, she oversees vocal performances for top-tier talent while spearheading innovative brand development.

Darren Mullis is a stage and production designer, working at the intersection of architecture, light, and live performance. He leads the design of immersive stage environments for artists and brands, shaping spaces that feel both emotionally resonant and technically precise.

With a background grounded in design thinking and a deep understanding of live production, Darren bridges concept and execution, translating abstract ideas into physical worlds that performers and audiences can inhabit. His work spans global touring, broadcast, and experiential projects for some of the world’s most influential artists, always guided by a belief that live moments should feel intentional, human, and unforgettable.

Darren brings a calm, considered approach to collaboration, balancing creative ambition with operational clarity. For him, great stage design is not only what is seen, but what is felt. A sense of gathering, presence, and shared experience.

New Zealand born Jim has been part of the senior structure of 1826 since 2004. He’s a production manager, theatrical stage manager, construction supervisor, project manager and site coordinator. Jim lives between LA, London and Auckland.

Clio Award Winner and Experiential Marketing Expert – Oscar Osei has worked on experiential activations with brands from Refinery29’s 29Rooms to, Netflix, BEIS, HBO and 818 to name a few. He spends his free time traveling around the globe and experiencing different cultures!

24 years experience in touring and concert / performance production with a wide range of talents including international logistics and visas, production coordination, management and tour management, as well as a background in Lighting, Stage Management and Audio, Ms. M-B has been a part of the 1826 team since 2016 working with artists such as Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, NewJeans, The Kid Laroi, Il Divo and many more.

Quinn Kurzner is a Los Angeles–based Tour and Production Manager known for his precision, reliability, and thoughtful leadership on the road. He has managed high-level touring operations for artists including Missy Elliott, Kelly Rowland, Addison Rae, The Kid Laroi, Wizkid, Dominic Fike, Elderbrook, Kevin Abstract, Blxst, and Lil Baby.

Overseeing all aspects of tour execution—from advancing and budgeting to crew coordination, logistics, and settlement—Quinn ensures every detail is carefully managed and every show runs seamlessly. Known for his consistency and calm presence under pressure, he is a dependable leader who anticipates challenges, communicates clearly, and creates structured, efficient environments where artists and teams can perform at their highest level.
